1 Day – Emergency first aid at work course

per personThe goal of this course is to provide training in emergency first aid. It is particularly appropriate for designated first responders in smaller, lower-risk work settings, including small offices. Only adult casualties are covered by the first aid procedures in this course.

This training covers the following topics while teaching fundamental lifesaving first aid techniques and workplace health and safety regulations.

This course includes – AED (automated external defibrillator) usage, CPR, choking, primary survey, recovery position, seizures, shock and unconscious adult, anaphylaxis, minor injuries, bleeding, burns, casualty assessment, casualty monitoring and accident recording and reporting.

3 Day – First aid at work course

per personWho should attend this course? People who wish to obtain our most comprehensive first aid instruction should take this course. It is best suited for people who work in hazardous situations like construction sites or warehouses.

This training covers the following topics while teaching fundamental lifesaving first aid techniques and workplace health and safety regulations.

This course includes – the role and responsibility of an adult first aider, AED (automated external defibrillator) usage, CPR, heart attack, asthma, choking, diabetic emergency, seizures, poisoning, recovery position, unconsciousness anaphylaxis, hypothermia or heat exhaustion, bleeding, broken bones, burns, eye injury, fainting, head injuries, shock, spinal injury, minor injuries, casualty assessment, casualty monitoring, accident recording and reporting.

First aid refresher course

per personLegally, employers must guarantee that their first responders are competent and retain their skills for the full three years that their credentials are valid.

Throughout these three years, the Health and Safety Executive highly advises first responders to go to a refresher course once a year.

Who should attend this course – People who currently hold a First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work certificate should take this course. First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work courses cannot be renewed through this course. Those who need to renew will need to book on to the 1- or 3-day Emergency first aid at work course.

This course covers – Adult resuscitation (CPR), Basic defibrillator use, Primary survey, Seizures, Severe bleeding, shock, Unresponsive adult and minor injuries.
